Sale price greater than 650 000 €	6% T.T.C. (5% H.T.) paid by the seller

Negotiated Purchase Mandate

Property Value Estimation

Fixed Price

€2,500 H.T. – €3,000 T.T.C paid by the seller

Seasonal Rental

Property Management / Rental Mandate

25% T.T.C. (20.83% H.T.) paid by the owner
